Today on Varney & Co., Andy weighs in on President Trump’s appointment of 58 conservative judges and estimates that the president could appoint up to 30 percent of the federal judiciary by the end of his first term. He notes that this is a huge win for the Trump administration, the American people, and most importantly the concept of individual liberty supported by limited government. Andy also weighs in on the current allegations against Judge Roy Moore and feels that reputations and positions shouldn’t be buried simply by an allegation, there needs to be hard facts or substance behind them. Also discussed was the continued NFL protests – by alienating the fan base, Andy argues, you will continue to see stadiums emptied out, declining viewership and upset advertisers.
