CKE Restaurants, and its CEO Andy Puzder, have made quite
a few headlines in recent weeks. As chief operating officer of CKE, I know the majority of what is being said is either information taken out of context or the so-called facts are being shared without a shred of truth.
Let me start by talking about CKE, a company that has given me a long and fruitful career — one that I am extremely proud of.
CKE and its franchises account for about 75,000 jobs within the US. Our company’s impact extends beyond the number of people we employ, as the investment made by CKE and its franchisees on capital projects, services, and supplies create additional jobs and generate broader economic growth.
