Tuesday night Andy joined Liz MacDonald on “The Evening Edit” with Rep. James Comer to discuss vaccine mandates and President Biden’s approval ratings. Andy pointed out that the President and Vice President’s approval ratings are reflective of their problematic policies, “if the Democrats were trying to mess the country up… what would they do differently? It seems like every time we turn around the Democrats are doing something else to alienate American voters…”
Regarding vaccine mandates, Andy explained that the Constitution grants the executive branch enumerated powers and that the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Biden doesn’t have the authority to enforce vaccine mandates -- therefore, “he really needs to back off” concluded Andy.
