Today on Squawk on the Street, Andy discussed the CEO’s leaving Trump’s Manufacturing Council and why it’s a bit short sighted. Additionally, President Trump’s comments on Charlottesville were also discussed. This interview took place prior to the President disbanding both the Manufacturing Council and Strategy & Policy Forum. CEOs will certainly still call or lobby the president whenever he issues a policy with which they disagree and Andy remains confident the lines of communication will remain open.
