Earlier today, Andy joined CNBC’s Squawk Box alongside New Jersey U.S. Representative Josh Gottheimer to discuss billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s decision to officially enter the 2020 presidential race. Overall, Andy pointed out that Bloomberg joining the race will pull votes from former Vice President Joe Biden and likely won’t help the party’s chance of taking over the White House. “I just don’t think he [Bloomberg] gets the nomination and I think he probably hurts the one at least mildly moderate candidate [Biden] the Democrats currently have… We’ll see what happens but I think it’s a gift to Sanders and particularly, Warren,” said Andy.
